How does it work?

When the feature is on, AI analyzes the history of the conversation, generates and sends a reply to a user after a specified amount of time. This option can be disabled on a chat level. Also, the agent can intercept the communication at any time and continue the chat manually.

Please, note: you'll pay separately for this feature to OpenAI depending on how many tokens (pieces of words) are used for natural language processing. You can check the prices here (the console is using Davinci language model). However, in the console, you can choose how many previous messages you want AI to analyze and use in a prompt.

Set Up Automated Message Trigger Rules

Create powerful rules that automatically send messages to your real users from virtuals as soon as a specific event occurs.

So this is how it works:

  1. Choose a profile you want to send messages from
  2. Specify a sending message
  3. Select an event that will trigger automatic message sending.

Events:

  • After the user is registered on the website
  • After the user goes offline 
  • When the user appears online
  • After the user purchases the membership plan
  • After a user purchases a credit pack
  • When a user visited a particular virtual profile (a user will receive a message from it) 
  • After a user viewed a photo of a selected virtual
  • If a user match with a virtualprofile

User Groups

Any time you want to start a new chat, you can pick a user you want to talk to from one of three groups: online, premium, and bought credits.

Admin name labels

As the chats can be unassigned and retaken by other admins, you can see which admin sent a message on a green label below. (Don't worry, users can not see it).

Chats management

Take any new or ongoing conversation from Unassigned Chats to stick it to yourself. If the talk is inactive for 6 hours, it automatically goes to Past Chat conversations. You can archive old chats with no activity to clean up the space for new talks.

Chat notes

You can add a side note to the conversation so that you or other admins can jump-start a dialog without reading the whole message history.

CSV Export

If you have a database of virtual users, you can export them in bulk with CSV instead of adding them one by one. This feature is currently in progress and will be released soon.
